Passover 2015, also known as Pesach in Hebrew, took place from the evening of April 3rd to the evening of April 11th. Passover is a Jewish holiday that commemorates the exodus of the Israelites from slavery in ancient Egypt. During this time, Jews all over the world gather to retell the story of the exodus, perform the ritual of the Seder meal, and partake in various traditions and customs such as abstaining from leavened bread and eating matzah. Passover is one of the most widely observed Jewish holidays and holds significant cultural and religious importance for the Jewish community.
